This information is intended to provide only an outline of the types of coverages, exclusions and limitations of the Fidelity Warranty Services Road Hazard Tire & Wheel Bundle Plan and should not be relied upon when purchasing this contract. The Plans are optional and expire according to the contract term selected.

The maximum lifetime benefit is $5,000 for Deluxe Coverage; $5,000 maximum does not apply to other coverage levels. The Plan provides for the replacement of wheels when or if the wheel cannot be balanced, will not hold air, or the damage has affected the structural integrity of the wheel. Coverage does not apply to tires with the lowest tread depth measurement of 2/32nds of an inch or less.

Any tire and/or wheel failure caused by accidents, theft, vandalism, misuse, negligence, abnormal wear and tear is not covered.

Cosmetic wheel damage is limited to alloy or steel wheels and is limited to factory wheels. Wheel/rim re-manufacturing or replacement available only if the damage is too severe and, if upon inspection, the structural integrity of the wheel/rim has been jeopardized.

Paintless Dent Removal Coverage provides coverage for unlimited removal of certain dents and creases from the covered vehicle. Each repair covers the removal of any dents and creases that do not exceed 3.35" x 2" within an area located on a single panel of the covered vehicle. It does not cover any area of the vehicle made of composite materials (e.g., bumper).

Interior Repair Coverage provides coverage for unlimited repair of damage to the vehicle’s interior cabin area, seats, carpet, leather, vinyl and cloth surfaces, the steering wheel, armrests, door panels, headliner, center console and cargo area including rips, burns, tears, holes, punctures and scratches from damage up to 2" in length or diameter.

Windshield Repair Coverage provides coverage for the repair of the windshield caused by small propelled rocks, stones or other propelled road debris.

Windshield Replacement Coverage provides for replacement of the windshield if the windshield is not repairable. Coverage is also inclusive of the calibration to the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System). Maximum lifetime aggregate windshield benefit is $2,500.

The Coverages described are not insurance policies. The purchase of any Plan is optional, cancelable, transferable to another owner but not to another vehicle and is not required in order to lease or obtain financing.

Replacement parts utilized in connection with a covered repair or replacement will be, at the discretion of FWS, new or remanufactured OEM parts, new or remanufactured aftermarket parts or used parts that meet the quality standards of the repair facility or FWS.

The product being offered is a service contract and is separate and distinct from any product or service warranty which may be provided by the manufacturer, importer, or seller.

2. When repairs are required, return your vehicle to the selling dealer, if possible. If you cannot return your vehicle to the selling dealer, for claims pertaining to dents, interior or windshield coverage, call 1-844-809-1800 during normal business hours. For any other claims, call 1-800-327-5172 during normal business hours.

3. Roadside Assistance will be reimbursed up to $50 per occurrence, for towing and /or roadside assistance expenses incurred from a towing or licensed repair facility, in connection with a covered tire and/or wheel.

4. Contract transferable to another owner, but not to another vehicle. Additionally, the contract may not be transferred to any entity in the business of selling or leasing motor vehicles.
